SELL YOUR VOTE AND PAY THE LOSS-the funny truth of the politician's interests (Economic Research part1)

Politics! Is it a business sector? Government is it a market for politicians? Power!, is it a field of success? Elections, is it the backbone of corruption?

In this press, thanks to its source; a patriotic citizen, Afrikaba Kwesi Frimpong www.frimponggilbert.blogspot.com
A common blogger, but making a difference in the Ghanaian history.

In Ghana, politics is now a business and it's now the fastest growing sector in our economic dispensation. However, Government has become the market place for politicians who invest in this corrupt business. The interesting aspect is that, it's only those who win power become successful in this field of business. With ignorance, selling a vote to a politician is a means of trade in their understanding field of a growing business  sector and you make the most greatest loss of all times. However, the amount received in selling your vote is just a short term advantage; thus in one election period only. Meanwhile, the politician has a long term advantage plus interest and profit margins. The funny truth is that, the amount paid (bribes) by a politician to a corrupt electorate is paid back as a loan with high interest by the state. Another ignorance,  we cause a financial loss to the state.

A simple mathematics illustrates this:

If a corrupt politician bribe a bag of rice plus Gh50 to one corrupt voter in a single election(if a bag of rice cost Gh150) #50+150=Gh200. Now if at least 500 voters were bribed: (Gh200 each of 500 voters) =200* 500=Gh100000.00

So in this case, the politicians pays Gh100000 in a single elections. Assuming  the cost of paying Gh100000 is a deny of: (jobs, good roads, portable drinking water, supply of electricity and access to free education). If each of the bribed  voters is in a family of 5 members(nuclear ): 5*500=2500 people. In a family  of 10 members(extended ):10*500=5000 people have been denied.
Now if the term of government is 4yrs and in every year the amount paid to voters is paid back(100000*4yrs =Gh400000) plus interest. If the interest is half of the amount paid to each voter(1|2 of 100000=50000) in 4yrs=Gh200000

In 4yrs total amount will be 200000+400000=Gh600000, with a profit of Gh500000. Waaooo. This is just a minimum evaluation value. The question is who pays this amount. It's you and I...the tax payers money. And who make the loss
? Anyone who takes money to vote for a candidate  is the root of corruption to this nation.

Don't forget, if a corrupt candidate loses elections, the country would be in the mess for another 4yrs to come and over 18million people will suffer the merits

The finding is clear, please don't sell your vote to any politician who don't have the interest of the people but to his own selfish ambitions. Be vigilant because they are ready to trade in election 2016.

FOR ALONE I CAME

Here is only nights and signs For alone I came And alone I shall go Go in, that home; Where the cross stood tall To tell my rooftop. For alone I came And alone I shall go But you shall follow And so shall every man Who shut my only door. The Angel of darkness Is that my happiness? My belly boys play with pain For none knows my return And know not their turn. Who will fuel my 'keteke' Here is only nights and signs My neighbours cannot hear; The sound of my tears For alone I came. Where are my servants? I cannot take my plate of cake I cannot reign my days of grace For alone I came And alone I shall rest in peace.   : written by  Afrikaba Kwesi SUMMARY OF COMMENTARY : for alone i came and alone i shall go This poem is one of the amazing ones that has a deep touch of sorrow and inspires the living. It unfolds two contradicting scenes; BIRTH AND DEATH. The speaker in the TITLE was alive and indicated where she was going; 'THAT HOME' ...

THE JOURNEY OF PURPOSE - your role in the plans to your destination

Most people believe in divine destiny, others say the efforts of men, while some entrust in some kind of supernatural powers. Whatever the case is, there is only one argument, - the Destination. ' Destination ', sometimes substitute for vision, mission, goals or aim. However, each has its own explanation and definition but same meaning. Each and everyone has specific destination; could be one, two or more. In view of this, there is only same meaning to each and every destination. I call this " success ". Thus, success should define every destination. But there is always controversies when destination and success come to the table. In a simple scenario:  "getting your way home". Where you are is the present, your home is the destination. If you get home, that's success. So in every endeavor, and to every success means you are able to identify your destination. This is where most people get it all wrong, but that isn't the big task. You have vi...
